What Are We Looking For?
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable SAP Manager with expertise in SAP Integration Suite and Cloud Integration Gateway. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Ariba, SAP ERP Integration, and integrating 3rd Party ERP systems using Cloud Integration Gateway and SAP Integration Suite. As an SAP Manager (Integration), you will be responsible for leading a team of SAP integration professionals, managing integration projects, and ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of integration solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of SAP integration professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure successful project delivery and career development.
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite and Cloud Integration Gateway.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external partners, to gather integration requirements and define project scope.
- Develop integration strategies and roadmaps to align with business objectives and enhance system interoperability.
- Architect and design end-to-end integration solutions, considering system landscapes, data structures, security, and performance requirements.
- Manage integration projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, including project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Ariba, SAP ERP, and 3rd Party ERP systems.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP Integration technologies and industry trends and provide recommendations for improving integration processes and tools.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve integration issues, troubleshoot system errors, and optimize performance.
- Define and enforce integration development standards, best practices, and governance policies to ensure high-quality and maintainable solutions.
- Monitor integration landscapes, system performance, and data quality, and implement necessary measures to ensure system stability and reliability.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to integration architecture, technical specifications, configuration guides, and support procedures.
- Collaborate with senior management to define integration strategies, align them with business goals, and advocate for investment in integration capabilities.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project status, risks, and issues, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact SAP integration processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in managing SAP integration projects, with a focus on SAP Integration Suite and Cloud Integration Gateway.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP Ariba and SAP ERP Integration, including hands-on experience with integration methodologies, APIs, and web services.
- Proven experience in integrating 3rd Party ERP systems using Cloud Integration Gateway and SAP Integration Suite.
- Strong understanding of SAP Business Technology platform, SAP Cloud Integration, and SAP Process Orchestration.
- In-depth knowledge of integration patterns, data transformation techniques, and message-based architectures.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of integration professionals.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, present complex ideas, and build strong relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive innovation, identify risks, and develop effective solutions.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and optimizing integration processes.
- SAP Integration certifications, such as SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP Business Technology platform Integration or equivalent, are desirable.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based solutions is a plus.
