What Are We Looking For?

Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Business Technology with Automation experience, you will play a crucial role in assisting organizations in optimizing their business processes and technology solutions. This position requires deep knowledge of SAP systems and a strong understanding of automation tools and techniques. You will collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for automation, design efficient solutions, and implement them within the SAP ecosystem. Your expertise will help clients enhance their operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP Consultation:

Provide expert guidance on SAP technologies, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP Business Suite, and other SAP modules
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and challenges
Analyze existing SAP implementations to identify areas for improvement and automation opportunities.

2. Automation Strategy:

Develop automation strategies and roadmaps aligned with the client's business objectives.
Identify and prioritize automation use cases within the SAP landscape.
Evaluate and recommend appropriate automation technologies, such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation), AI, and machine learning.

3. Solution Design:

Design end-to-end automation solutions, including process automation workflows and integration with SAP systems.
Ensure that automation solutions are scalable, maintainable, and compliant with industry best practices and security standards.

4. Implementation and Integration:

Lead the implementation of automation projects, including configuring automation tools and scripts.
Collaborate with SAP developers and administrators to integrate automation solutions seamlessly into the SAP environment.
Conduct testing and quality assurance to validate the effectiveness of automation solutions.

5. Documentation and Training:

Prepare comprehensive documentation for automation processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
Provide training to end-users and client teams on how to use and maintain automation solutions effectively.

6. Continuous Improvement:

Monitor the performance of automation solutions and make enhancements as needed.
Stay updated on emerging SAP technologies, automation trends, and best practices.

7. Client Engagement:

Establish strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor.

Communicate progress, issues, and solutions effectively to clients and project stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration).
Proven experience as a SAP Consultant with a focus on SAP technologies and automation.
Strong understanding of SAP systems, modules, and integration points.
Proficiency in automation technologies, including RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and scripting languages (e.g., Python).
Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts as they relate to automation is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions
Project management experience is desirable.
Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
