Role description:

Supporting our broader Solution Management and Marketing team and programs for the company, to:

  • Support the growth of our brand, building an irresistible reputation with customers and employees.
  • Help to define and segment our target markets. Support assessment of market needs and opportunity for Convergent product applications and solutions (includes competitive analyses, accessible market, ROI, time to market and co-innovation opportunities).
  • Keep track and follow the trends in the markets.
  • Understand our customers' pain points and solution vision and craft messages that address that pain.
  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door – build our “pull.” Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
  • Execute demand and lead generation process, including: mastering marketing automation tools, create marketing campaigns, administer top of funnel prospect acquisition campaigns, including ad mix and PPC, and maintain competencies in running A | B tests and surveys.
  • Craft solution maps for the main use cases and pain points of our customers.
  • Tell stories that resonate. Develop & post creative content for simple through more complex and sometimes technical topics. Media will include blogs, video, visual, social, and presentation formats at a minimum.
  • Take ownership of website content development and maintenance. Execute SEO to ensure that our content stays at the top of everyone's search.
  • Track and report key metrics to key stakeholders. This includes new leads and prospect flow metrics.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Design Thinking, Services and other teams. Support sales and business development with customer facing materials to accelerate sales.
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • Develop and run a product launch and update release framework.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
  • Analyze customer behaviour and adjust communications & engagement accordingly.


  • A degree in marketing, procurement, supply chain, or related discipline
  • Demonstrable experience in business systems such as HubSpot, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar

  • SAP domain knowledge is an added advantage
