Responsibilities

• Create solution prototypes for customer evaluation. 
• Develop new user-facing features and applications based on React/NextJS/JS/TailwindCSS 
• Assess the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. 
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use. 
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability. 
• Work collaboratively within a team and closely with counterparts building back-end services (OData) 
• Validate solutions and investigate client-reported issues. 
• Develop re-usable test automation scripts.  
  
  

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience with React/NextJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and CSS (Mandatory) 
• Experience with Visual Studio Code and modern development environments (Mandatory) 
• Experience with responsive UI design patterns and component-based architecture (Mandatory) 
• Expertise in implementing design systems and theme customization (Mandatory) 
• Experience with frontend state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand) 
• REST API integration and GraphQL implementation 
• Knowledge of serverless architecture and cloud deployment models 
• Experience with Next.js, Vercel, or similar modern hosting platforms 
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design 
• Ability to translate design mockups into functional interfaces 
• A post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject with proven working experience 
• Strong understanding of JavaScript/Typescript, including modern ES6+ features (Mandatory) 
• Proficiency with React hooks, context, and component lifecycle 
• Good understanding of asynchronous JavaScript (Promises, async/await) 
• Experience optimizing web performance and browser rendering 
• Capable of clear and concise written and oral communications 
• Proficiency with code versioning tools, such as Git or Azure DevOps 
• Basic understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3 
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library 
• Experience with build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, esbuild)
